Where Shoreline fits

Property recruitment is not a one-size-fits-all sector. The independent agency that needs a strong lister is solving a different problem to the corporate group rebuilding its lettings desk, and both need a recruiter who understands the difference rather than someone scraping CVs by job title.

That is what Shoreline was built for. We grew out of the lettings and estate agency world, so we know the operators, the comp models and the local markets. We run permanent searches for sales, lettings, property management, block management, mortgages and the back-office roles that hold a branch together.

We focus on permanent placements because that is where the real benefit is for our clients. Stop-gap cover is a different game with different metrics, and we are not the right fit for it.
